Privacy compliance
Voluntary feedback with clear boundaries
FeedbackLoop is designed as a lightweight process for constructive feedback. This page is not legal advice, but it makes the core privacy principles visible.
Data minimization
Only the information needed for the request, feedback link, and private dashboard is stored. CVs are not uploaded; users may add their own link if useful. The feedback form explicitly asks respondents not to enter personal data.
Voluntary participation
Recruiting teams decide for themselves whether to provide feedback. Answers are not legally binding and do not constitute an official explanation of a decision.
Separate links
Candidate and recruiting links use different randomly generated tokens. The recruiting team does not receive access to the private dashboard.
Local storage
FeedbackLoop stores data in a local SQLite database. No external tracking or analytics services are required.
Access and deletion
FeedbackLoop is currently running as a private live beta. Only voluntary information submitted by feedback providers through the form is processed; access and deletion requests can be clearly assigned and handled.
Self-hosted — no cloud service
FeedbackLoop runs on a private server, not on a third-party cloud platform. Only what feedback providers voluntarily submit is processed — no tracking, no hidden enrichment.
